SA Heart Education and Research Foundation

SA Heart is establishing and will financially contribute to an independent, non-profit Foundation for advancing cardiac education and research. 

The new entity will be called the SA Heart Education and Research Foundation.  It will have a constitution, be governed by a Board of Directors and be subject to annual external audit.  It will be possible for individuals and organisations to make donations to the SA Heart Education and Research Foundation.

The Board of the SA Heart Education and Research Foundation will be responsible for evaluating funding applications for cardiac education and research, within published guidelines, in order to approve suitable grants.
